Rose Mountain is a professional setting where people participate in their own private practice of self cultivation through the activities and projects we establish.

Gardens:

Experience in establishing gardens creatively using resources available at the time. Ability to plan for the future and work with the Founders vision for Rose Mountain. She would like to see various themed gardens established, various areas enclosed and beautifully presented for people to sit in contemplation and peace.

Accounts:

Our accounts and date entry for accounts is quite an extensive task. We have four subsidiary non profit businesses running as arms off Rose Mountain and we are rapidly expanding into other areas. We use the accounting program MYOB so experience with this is essential. There are TAFE courses for getting up to speed with MYOB running in Mudgee in which we usually enrol the person looking after accounts if required.

Building:

Experience in building would be an advantage as we are about to embark on major building tasks with the establishment of our retreat center buildings. However anyone strong, who isn't afraid of hard work and can take direction could fit this position.

Martial Arts Instructor:(position filled)

This person should be a qualified Martial Arts instructor, preferably with Tae Kwon Do. This person will also hold a top level management roll within the organisation and should also be capable of being put into a Spiritual Teaching/Advisor position within the organisation.

Massage Therapist:(position filled)

We have a massage therapy business established within Mudgee that we could expand easily with another therapist onboard. We are however very open to training the right person in an accredited massage course as long as they we willing to commit themselves to the organisation for a period of time.

Youth Worker

This person should hold a social work degree, social welfare diploma, or something similar and be willing to work on behalf of Rose Mountain in the Youth Projects we initiate. We already have one youth worker within our organisation and have already been involved in helping the youth of Mudgee. We have orchestrated holiday activities with the PCYC and have also been involved with the Mudgee Drug and Alcohol Team.

Public Relations and Media(position filled)

This person will deal with the public, advertising, the production of a newsletter and probably take over this webpage.

Female Doctor

This applicant must be a qualified Doctor and may come from any country in the world and be willing to migrate to Regional NSW Australia.

Consideration for new Residents for these positions will solely rely on the following factors
